Super Easy and Easy Cooking Instructions

Super Easy Version
   1.    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
   2.    Place the marinated half chicken in an oven-safe pan, uncovered.
   3.    Roast for 40 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.
   4.    Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part of the meat.

That’s it — dinner is done!

Easy Version
   1.    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
   2.    Place the marinated half chicken in an oven-safe pan and cover it with a lid or foil.
   3.    Roast for 40 minutes, covered.
   4.    Uncover the chicken and increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
   5.    Roast for an additional 20 minutes, until the skin is golden brown and crisp.
   6.    Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Optional Add-Ins for Either Version:
Toss in 1” chunks of potatoes, scallions, and garlic with the chicken to make it a one-pan meal.
